Your digital consular companion

Stay connected to your embassy, wherever you are.

Register your travel, check in when you arrive, tell the embassy you're safe, and get help quickly when something goes wrong. Calm, clear and built for stressful moments.

If there is immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. This site cannot replace them.

Demonstration platform

This is a pilot prototype prepared for Kenya's Ministry of Foreign Affairs. It uses sample data and is not yet operated by the Ministry. Mission names, locations and jurisdictions follow the Ministry's published directory; addresses, phone numbers, emails and opening hours are placeholders until the Ministry confirms them.

What you can do

Register your travel

Tell your embassy where you're going and when. Add several countries, family members and an optional address โ€” only what's needed.

Check in on arrival

Confirm you've arrived in one tap, extend your stay, or close your trip when you leave. Your history is always kept.

Stay informed

Get verified embassy alerts about safety, travel guidance and service changes for the places you are โ€” not everywhere.

Request assistance

Ask for consular help, follow your case, message the team securely and book appointments โ€” all in one place.

Kenya's missions around the world

Embassies, high commissions and consulates general across Africa, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, the Americas and the Pacific. If Kenya has no mission where you are, we show you which mission is responsible โ€” for example, Nepal and Sri Lanka are served from New Delhi, Lesotho from Pretoria, and Malta from Rome.

Details, hours and appointments

Privacy by design

  • No passport or ID number, and no document upload, is needed to register travel.
  • Sensitive fields are optional and each one explains why it is asked.
  • Your status and location are never shared with emergency contacts automatically.
  • Location sharing during a crisis is optional, specific to one request, and can be withdrawn.
  • There is no public citizen directory and no continuous tracking.

What this service is not

  • Registering your travel does not replace visas or immigration registration.
  • It does not replace local emergency services.
  • Missing an update never means the embassy assumes you are missing or in danger.
  • Assistance depends on each mission's real services. Evacuation or financial support is never promised.

In an emergency

Online requests may not be monitored continuously. If there is immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the embassy's published emergency line.
